All consultations must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, cancellations without proper notice (typically 24 hours), or dissatisfaction with services rendered.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from medical consultations. All medical decisions are made using reasonable clinical judgment, and results may vary depending on your unique health profile.
